Located in Calatabiano , a charming Sicilian village, a stone’s throw from the sublime Taormina, Villa San Marco is nestled in a green setting in the heart of a private 2000 m² estate, planted with olive trees, lemon trees and fruit trees.
A true haven of peace, it offers an idyllic setting for a stay with family, friends or lovers.
The Beach
The villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the easily accessible San Marco beach. This beach, equipped for people with reduced mobility (PRM), allows you to enjoy the sea in complete peace and quiet, in an idyllic setting.

Living room & kitchen
The very spacious living room welcomes you in a bright and warm atmosphere thanks to its large bay windows. It consists of a comfortable living room with sofa bed (high quality double bed), a friendly dining area , and a custom-made open kitchen , designed by a local craftsman , with a superb worktop in Etna chestnut wood , combining authenticity and elegance.
Rooms
On the night side, the villa has two beautiful bedrooms :
- A spacious master bedroom with double bed, direct access to the terrace, built-in storage and sufficient space for a cot , carefully decorated in a soft and refined style.
- A second functional bedroom , with a very comfortable double sofa bed , elegant decoration and a French window opening onto the living room.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with a double sink , a large walk-in shower , a toilet and a hairdryer for your comfort.
Outside
Outside, everything is designed to savor the sweetness of Sicilian life:
- A spectacular terrace , with a breathtaking view of Etna , and a unique dining table made of Etna lava stone , handcrafted by a craftsman from Caltagirone.
- A built-in barbecue , perfect for convivial meals under the stars.
- A private mirror pool , elegantly integrated into the landscape, bordered by a relaxation lounge for your gentle evenings.
- An outdoor shower and toilet complete the facilities for optimal comfort.
Homemade Olive oil
We produce our own untreated, 100% natural, pesticide-free extra virgin olive oil , a true Sicilian gem.
